Mr. Brogan currently serves as InnerLight’s President & CEO. His prior positions with InnerLight include Executive Vice President of International Expansion and Development, where he helped develop sales in over two dozen countries spanning 3 continents around the globe. He also set up systems, offices, warehouses and service facilities giving InnerLight an official international presence. Prior to that, Kevin was a National Director and Master Distributor with InnerLight. Kevin's two decades of experience as a full-time, hands-on, highly successful distributor and network marketer provides a unique perspective on how to build a successful company.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Kevin started his working career in the restaurant industry and worked as both an in-store trainer and in management for several different companies. Directly prior to InnerLight, he spent 11 years as a top distributor for another publicly-traded network marketing company. There, his main focus was developing teams, coordinating sales and opening up new markets overseas.

Heber C. Maughan has 30 years of experience in management. He joined InnerLight in February 2006 as controller, overseeing the financial and reporting functions of the company. Prior to joining InnerLight, Maughan served as chief financial officer for a venture-backed technology company. From 1977 to 2001, he was the controller for Peterbilt of Utah. Maughan served as vice president of finance for First Health Strategies, Inc., and as chief financial officer for a retail eye care chain.

While raising her four children, Kathy Christiansen provided office solutions for owner-operated businesses. She spent nine years working and organizing the office operations of a successful local contractor, helping the company grow from 15 to more than 100 employees. Since 1999, Christiansen has worked as InnerLight’s operations manager.

Charlie Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from San Diego State University. As Innerlight’s information technology manager, he is responsible for all IT components of the company. He has been with InnerLight for more than three years. Prior to his current position, Jones served as a data systems engineer for General Dynamics, senior software integrator for WordPerfect/Novell, Inc., and co-owner and senior consultant for dotOne.
